[FI-NEXT] about m12 reporting

dear all,

with this email i'm forwarding you this thread i had yesterday with the
project officer and his administrative colleague with respect the duties we
have at month 12. indeed, in the doa they were foreseen some deliverables
which are indeed mandatory from the grant agreement, namely the periodic
reports and the final report.

in answering my doubts, not only the ec stated to delete the doubled
deliverables from the doa (i.e. keeping only those in the grant agreement),
but also set the dates for the end of the first period, i.e. 30 may 2018
(although i guess they mean 31 may 2018).

to this extent from a formal/deliverable point of view nothing is due at
this moment, either than obviously the other due deliverables and the
fulfillment of actions as agreed during the last pcc in malaga.

i'm still waiting for an answer from our po about the fact if he wants to
have an interim review and if yes when. stay tuned because everything is
possible.
