[FI-NEXT] fi-next technical review

dear all,

in answering my requests about the periodic reporting our po expressed the
need to have an interim technical review. he actually said:
"Stefano,

Further to our discussion at FIWARE Summit I would like to confirm that we
should organise a technical review beginning of next year. Since the
1streporting
period is of 18 months, this will not include financial reporting, although
an overview of the used resources should be reported. The focus will be on
progress of the project work and we can discuss the agenda items.

Could you therefore suggest some possible dates? You could consider the
possibility to relate this to any relevant event and/or organising the
review at your offices in Berlin."

​in this context given also some time needed to well prepare things, be
ready for a review in february 2018 hosted by us in berlin at our premises.

i'll come with possible dates in the next few days or so as soon as the po
expresses his preferences in the period.
