[FI-NEXT] VERY URGENT: febraury 2019 as month for the final review

Could you confirm first who is mandatory to attend the review? Last time the choice was not to have all partners involved there, so nice if you confirm which is the plan

I remind that 20-22 Feb there is an event in Washington where FF is involved, so check first there

Personally, 22th Feb is unavailable for me

dear all,

due to too formal reasons the ec cannot any longer accept to have our final review in march as this too late for them. so they are hardly pushing to have it in february.

at this point, and due to also other obligations i had in the meantime, my preferred week is that starting on 18 feb. the rule is always the same having the review itself on any of the wed, thu, fri to avoid to travel on sundays and or arriving late on monday for the rehearsal if the review is on tue.

my best schedule is:
day 1 - 13:00-19:00 rehearsal part 1
day 2 - 9:00-13:00 rehearsal part 2
day 2 - 14:00-19:00 fine tuning of presentastions
day 3 - 9:00-17:00 review

please confirm by tomorrow eob.
