Our first Form C is now filled and signed on NEF.
I’m very sorry but since the EC spent a lot of energy trying to simplify their rules, I’d rather did it directly.
For instance, they don’t ask anymore for travel details as long as the amount of these other direct costs are under 15 % of our personnel direct costs which is the case for us (3.4%).
They neither ask for amounts in € per WP, just pm by WP.

Plus, since it’s an IA, I think the grant percentage amounts 70% of the total eligible costs and not 100%.

dear all,

in order for me to easy verify your financial data BEFORE they are inserted in the sygma system, please find here attached an excel file to be filled in by your organisation.

please send it to me BEFORE you submit data in the system as i'd like to check them before to avoid errors and inconsistencies.

the file is self-explanatory ...  just in case:
- add a row per each task you have worked on
- for the travel part please add a line for each travel.

while sending it to me, please add in the name of the file the acronym of your organisation so i can distinguish among them.

@FHG and GAR, please you also fill in the file.
