[FI-NEXT] actions after the review recommendations

dear all,

some nice duties for the easter holidays are now coming.

indeed after the review from which we received quite a number of
recommendations, immediate actions are needed most of which we would like
to have all handled and most solved before the fiware summit.

in order to plan and decide about the actions i have created an shared
sheet where listed according to the review report there are all the
recommendations and some context text present in the report.

for each action there is a column where to put our understandings.

then there are columns for: the plan, the concrete outcome foreseen, due
date, responsible and team.

at the ff we have started to fill-in the last two columns, complete, and
few other cells. everything to be taken as a food for thoughts for our next
meeting, as usual 4th april 2018 at 15:00 lasting two hours.

before the meeting any input you'd like to add to document will be highly
appreciated as i'd like not just to go trough the document, but actually
discuss plan and actions at the meeting.

whatever input you will provide, please put your name first to the
contribution so that it can be identified. of course also the comment
mechanism is appreciated as well if not better. i'l give you only access.

the meeting at the summit indeed shall be considered as work progress
analysis, not as a start or sort of!!!
