[FI-NEXT] FI-NEXT Review Report

dear all,

not to say that the review report and the shared doc is private to the
people of the consortium. we got news the report and info about the report
have circulated outside even the consortium members.
just to remember you our consortium agreement forbids the circulation of
consortium private documents and of course this document is private.
