Regarding the TAS node, could you please detail « we need to assess the situation of concrete nodes to realistically see if there are risks or not » ?

 

Please explain what we are supposed to do as to get (finally) paid.

Dear all,

Quick clarification. The table shows figures of pre-financing for those who can receive the payment immediately . Having someone in red do not necessarily imply that they will not receive the pre-financing, it means that we need to assess the situation of concrete nodes to realistically see if there are risks or not. A second chunk of payments may happen at the beginning of 2017.

Dear all,

 

Once the 2nd amendment is approved, the payment of the prefinancing of the new partners is finally unblocked.

 

We will send the prefinancing as soon as we can with exceptions in the partners of the new nodes. We need to assess the situation in the light of the reports that we've recently received and other evidences to ensure that we do not run risks.

 

We have however decided to be flexible in the case of the partners whose the nodes  have been already added here:

Our admin sections have orders to trigger all the internal procedures to do this asap.
