Dear all, Javier,

I'm not a jurist or admin person but Isn't it strange that the ones that are in fact following the initial plan (ie: 36 months project) have to send a letter to confirm that they are finishing as planned whereas the ones that are asking for an extension have not ?
I understand the Amendment 6 will list the companies that are not asking for an extension ? Isn't it the ones asking for an extension that need to be in the amendment ???

Dear all, please find enclosed the current list of partners (and third parties) who will withdraw from the project on M36 (April 2014). If a beneficiary withdraws from the project, all their third parties withdraw too.

Please send urgently to us a signed and stamped letter communicating your withdrawal (don't forget to write the ending date) to the following address:

IMPORTANT: If we don't receive the original signed letter by April 17th  2014, it won't be included in the amendment 6.

Please, it is important to take in account that after a withdrawal from an European project (finishing technical contribution), there are task to be attended later:

-          Periodic Report.

-          Reporting Period on NEF (FORM-C).

-          Audit.

-          Payments.
