  As you know, this amendment establishes the extension of the project until month 41 (i.e., end of September).   However, some of the partners have decided to finalize their activities by end of month 36 (i.e., end of April).   Provisions to handle this are given in B.13 - Annex X referred from section B.1.3.8.   Please make sure that your organization is listed in the right category (partners finalizing their activities in M36 or not) within that annex.

  It is our intention to submit this draft to our PO this Friday April 11 at noon so a period for comments is open until Thursday April 10th (tomorrow) EOB.   There have not been many changes since the last draft we distributed on February 14, and there are not so many changes overall compared to previous amendments, so its revision should be pretty straightforward in our opinion.    Nevertheless, this will be a draft so our PO has to review it and may come back with some changes.
