[Fiware-administrative] FI-WARE: FORM-C - Period 3 - New Remarks

Dear all,
Regarding the last submission of the FORM-C-3 (v4) of FI-WARE Project dated on November 7th, today we’ve just received a new pack of remarks from the Commission.

Please answer the following remarks and I kindly ask you to send the response to us by e-mail as soon as possible.
We´ll send the Commission an integrated document again with all the clarifications (as we have done before)

Please note that the final payment is suspended until the Commission receive all the clarifications.

Beneficiary 5 Thales Services SAS:
The resubmission of the total amount rejected in Period 2 related to period 2 (586.209 €) has been done + new adjustment related to Period 2.
The resubmission of the adjustment of Period 1 in period 2 has NOT BEEN DONE, only an amount of 4.243 € has been submitted instead of the 227.391 €.
Please do the same as for period 2 and resubmit the costs which were rejected because there were no CFS.

Beneficiary 6 TELECOM ITALIA SPA:
Please note that the clarification provide by Telecom Italia is clear why the amount of 1.438.648 € is mentioned in the CFS but the mentioned as period only the period 3 (01/05/2013-31/12/2014). Could you please ask to provide an e-mail from their auditors confirming the explanation of 14/09/2015 by the beneficiary?

Beneficiary 19 INTEL RESEARCH AND INNOVATION IRELAND LIMITED:
Please note that you have forecast in your budget 6000 € under management under subcontracting for the CFS costs, therefore please add in your form C under Management and subcontracting this cost. They are related to a WP but they are mandatory according to the rules of the Grant Agreement when more than 375.000 € EC request contribution.

Beneficiary 42 OGILVYONE WORLDWIDE SA:
Please note that there is a wrong interpretation from the auditors for the amount mentioned in the CFS. The amount SHOULD not be the total EC request contribution (as per in the budget following amendment 8) but SHOULD be the total eligible costs. Please ask the auditors to revise the CFS and declared what is for the total eligible costs for this beneficiary related to the project FI-WARE.
