[Fiware-administrative] FI-WARE: FORM-C - Period 3 - New Remarks

Dear all,
Regarding the last submission of the FORM-C-3 (v5) of FI-WARE Project dated on November 20th, today we’ve just received a new pack of remarks from the Commission.

Please answer the following remarks and I kindly ask you to send the response to us by e-mail as soon as possible.
We´ll send the Commission an integrated document again with all the clarifications (as we have done before)

Please note that the final payment is suspended until the Commission receive all the clarifications.

They should ALWAYS requested to maximum EC contribution whatever is their budget initial, the EC will always paid until the maximum EC contribution as per the Grant Agreement. They could not request a positive amount when the Maximum EC contribution is negative !

I have noticed several issues:

997 Third Party TAS : Adjustment to year 1 : MAX EC contribution is -26379 € then they should mentioned also -26379 € as request EC contribution instead of 0 € (as the others did in such a case). Please ask them to correct in their Form C.

Beneficiary 19 INTEL IREL  adjustment to Year 1 : -67029 € then they should also mentioned  -67.029 € as request EC contribution instead of 12.994 € ? Please ask them to correct in their Form C.
Adjustment to Year 2 : -1.485 € then they should also mention -1.485 € instead of a positive amount of 1.344 € ? Please ask them to correct.
Period 3 : Please note that the maximum EC contribution is 263.364 €, please request the maximum EC contribution  : Request EU contribution should be 263.364 € instead of 256.489 €.

Beneficiary 25 UNIROMAI Adjustment to year 2 the Maximum EC contribution is 619 € then they should not request more than this amount (826 €). Please ask them to correct in their Form C.

Beneficiary 39 Naevatec : Maximum EC contribution 383.086 € and Request EC contribution 374.000 €. Please ask them to request the maximum amount as Request EC contribution (383.086 €).

Beneficiary 46 UP Europe : Maximum EC contribution 241.683 € and Request EC contribution 0 € ? Please ask them to request the maximum amount as Request EC contribution (241.683 €).

Beneficiary 71 ONE : Maximum EC contribution 72068 € and request EC contribution 72.000 € . Please ask them to request the maximum amount as Request EC contribution (72.068 €).
