Hi Monica,
Sorry that I missed your email when I wrote Juanjo this morning replying to his initial email and asking him for a swap between our slots:
Day 2 (May 27, Wednesday): 
11:30-12:30Data/Applications Visualization and Mashup
Day 3 (May 28, Thursday)
12:30-13:30Monetize your APIs and datasets or make them available as Open Data
Now I see that you intend to go too. Then, I think that you have to write to Juanjo and ask for an additional slot focused on SpagoBI, because we always consume the full hour assigned to "Data/Apps Visualization and Mashup" with the presentation of Wirecloud, and the focus on developers impede us to shorten it. There are other chapters that have been assigned two slots, even for the same GE.
In case Juanjo can't accomodate an additional 1h slot for SpagoBI we could try to shorten our presentation to 45mins. so that both Wirecloud and SpagoBI could be presented in 1h30m. within the same slot.

      Dear all,

      

        The third FIWARE Developers' Week will take place in Vienna
      (Wien), from May 26th to 29th.

      

        You may take a look at the current proposed draft agenda in the
      following link (check sheet named as "FIWARE Developers Week

        The venue where it will be hosted is also displayed in the
      sheet.

      

        Chapter leaders are asked to coordinate who will attend in order
      to support the training on slots linked to FIWARE GEs in their
      chapter.  
      We need this fixed by end of this week.

      

        Any change in the suggested agenda should be communicated as
      soon as possible so that it can be advertised on time.   Anyways,
      bear in mind that the agenda has been designed with a view on
      running Labs during the week, so teams should plan to travel not
      just for the day of their session.   In this respect, our advise
      is to book your travel and accomodation as soon as possible in
      order to get good prices for hotels and flights.

      

        We will discuss this topic during the weekly follow-up confcall
      this afternoon.
