Dear all,

Once the review of the previous project has passed we can again
concentrate on the day by day tasks of the project. You'll notice soon
that we reactivate the work on several fronts.

For the time being, we have created an automated process to assess the
performance of each GE in each sprint close. The first trial was
generated yesterday at 9am and we enclose it for your information. We
will test all a bit more and once stable we will start applying karma
based on it starting next sprint close. Please get familiar with it and
be aware that this will add/subtract karma per GE in the future.

Note that at some point we will also assess the "density" of the
backlog. In other words, we will compare the amount of effort vs the
amount of Features and User Stories. In the previous project we saw that
most of them were ok but some GEs had backlogs that did not commensurate
the effort that they were reporting. This is not yet taking into account
for the moment in the report but we will do something, possibly at the
end of the major releases.

The average aspect is rather reasonable for the moment.
