[Fiware-apps] Demo meetings

Hi all
I'd like to discuss about how to takle future demo meetings, in order to 
share an unique approach and avoid misunderstanding.

My idea is:
- short intro by the chapter Leader (max 5 minutes);
- each GE owner explains achievements on his GE (5-10 minutes for each GE).

This should be, according to me, the default approach. Therefore each GE 
owner should join the meeting.
This works, according to me, because it is very quick and very effective.

In case this approach is not possible, or just in case we know that a 
problem may arise (no time, connection problems, ....), we must organize 
in advance: the GE owner should inform the chapter leader that he is not 
going to attend, and he has to transfer information on the presenter with:
- details on the slides;
- how to manage a live demo (in case it is required).

What do you think? what should be the default approach?
