OpenSpecs by the end of this week (tomorrow evening).
Here the instructions. I please every GE owner to follow the guidelines 
of the following mail.

Dear all,

I have arranged most of the open specs. IIoT and WebUI still pending  
(I'll finish them soon) but I prefer to launch this at once. you can 
start creating the open specs deliverables.

1) These are the cover pages that you must fill in and use as the seed 
for the "deliverable toaster":

2) Once you have the the word document, please edit the Detailed 
Specifications of each Ge and leave it with this text (and no more):

  * "See the section Quick Reference Table at the beginning of the
    document to gain access to the detailed specifications."


3) When you deliver to me, you have to send me the detailed specs 
tool(the pdf files that came out for each GE from the FABRE tool)


Things that I attach to this message:

  * I captured all the process in a quick and dirty manual. Admittedly,
    it is not wonderful but it serves to guide you.
  * Quick checklist - ensure that it is respected prior ot delivery!
  * I have created an example with Data (Santiago, please fill in the
    pending gaps in red!) that I enclose


At some point in the (very) near future we are going to start with the 
sw and manuals. Step by step.

I know that the "toaster" leaves much to be desired in some aspects 
(particularly with numbering and tables). We need to collect feedback 
and ask Bitergia for improvements at a later stage. For the time being 
we will have to live with it.
