Hi,

   For those who will find some time to review section 2.1 (where good
proposals can make the difference), please take into account that we
have to come with a convincing story to justify how we are going to
achieve the expected impacts as listed in the work programme?

  * Substantial increase in the total amount of data shared and
    exchanged in the federated incubators, including
    closed/proprietary/industrial data;
  * At least 150 SMEs and web entrepreneurs, including start-ups,
    participate in federated incubators, with an average 30% annual
    increase in the sales of the incubated companies;
  * Improved service quality and user satisfaction resulting from
    optimized data-driven processes and business models.

   Looking into them, perhaps content coming from the following
documents I found on the Internet could be useful:

  * Report from IDC on Facts and Figures regarding the European Data
    Market <Facts and Figures,Updating the European Data Market>.
    Perhaps we can obtain from there some numbers that help us to
    justify how we can achieve the impacts.
  * Communication from the EC "towards a Common European Data Space"
    <https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:52018DC0232&from=EN>.
  * Documents to be obtained from special section on the OECD website
    focused on Data Sharing
    <http://www.oecd.org/sti/ieconomy/enhanced-data-access.htm>.
  * Report form Deloitte on Data Landscape
    <https://www2.deloitte.com/content/dam/Deloitte/uk/Documents/technology-media-telecommunications/deloitte-uk-tmt-the-data-landscape.pdf>.
    It's true that it elaborates mostly on how companies are exploiting
    data from individuals, but there are some interesting statistics and
    figures:
      o exponential growth of data (page 12) - always useful in
        introductory sections
      o How sectors of the economy are generating and using data more
        intensely, section 2.3 (figure 14, page 16)
      o ifferent types of organisations are using data more intensely,
        section 2.3.2 (figure 20, page 20)
      o Number of European SMEs that are 'data users' or 'data
        companies' (figure 22, page 21)

   Please take a look at them.

   Cheers,
