Hi Juanjo + all;
with Daniel's contribution, I've finished - from my point of view - the
2.1.3  "How the project contributes to achieve the expected impact" text
(waiting for review/comments)
+ still have discussions about KPIs
+ maybe more details about the outcomes?

Please advise / comment / ...

In the meantime, I'm going to review and try to contribute to the other
section in 2.1
