[Fiware-boost-rural] Merge gantt with budget

We have merged the gantt of the project with the budget spreadsheet in
order to make easier to check the consitency between the allocation of
tasks and its length

We are updating it accordingly to the last changes.

Therefore you will not be able to access former standalone version of
