[Fiware-catalogue] "intruder" in the catalogue

dear miguel,

due to some unluky circumstances the person migth have get the rigths, i do
not think this is a big issues per-se. in fact this can be easily avoided
by checking the person asking credentials with the list of users in the
forge.

the more interesting issue is why a person outside fi-ware wanted to make
public his work with us.
this is quite more interesting, and smehow very positive, and needs to be
understood to take proper actions.
