We must keep things straight. No one outside FI-WARE must have a user. It is not so alarming because there are two safety steps (giving a user and publishing the GE). I guess that this person passed through the 1st one but he would never make it through the second one.
Checking against the forge users is not very safe, I am afraid, we have people from all the PPP there and I would not rely on the profiles, one mistake in the forge would propagate to the catalogue.
Anyway, we need to remove this user and his edits. Please contact him.
As the message you need to send must be in positive terms to avoid conflict, we can add a few things if you like. These spring to mind:
* The catalogue will evolve and in future stages (FI-Core) opening it up is a must. This is something that you can say if you want to send a positive signal to this person.
* But this is FI-WARE restricted for the moment until the catalogue is stabilised with FI-WARE Release 3 and it will go forth to the next stage where we will design the process to incorporate the inputs from the PPP and other contributors.
* This is needed because we see that establishing a community is a vital objective for us.
