[Fiware-catalogue] [Fiware-chapter-architects] FIWARE Catalogue update: authentication based on Forge account

Hi Alex,
  people that are using different usernames know it well and in case they
used also a different email it's difficult for us to match the two accounts.

Pedro, correct me if I'm wrong ...
