[Fiware-catalogue] [Fiware-chapter-architects] FIWARE Catalogue update: authentication based on Forge account

Hi Aleks, Davide and all,

Also we must inform to all users the fact that the Catalogue credentials
will be no longer valid. If a user with the same username and different
password in the Forge and in the Catalogue tries to log in, only the Forge
password will be valid.
