FI-WARE has created a lot of videos so far.
Some of them can be found in http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbXNGF_hhvKpXdQ1KxzX2HQ
We have videos about different categories, such as Campus Party, entrepreneurs, FI-WARE Challenges, interviews, Smart Cities…I suppose that the best thing is that Carlos selects the most suitable one based on the content of major speeches by FI-WARE representatives.

Regarding the second point unfortunately I will not attend the event. So, I do not know what is the best way to organize the booth…

We also need, for our joint table, your 1 minute video that I can use as a loop with the FIcontent trailer and the FI-PPP slides that I already have.
A catchy video would be the best.

Also, we have an issue on that table : We have an information table, with dissemination material on it, and a screen, with videos that loops. And we have to put a computer on that table to run the video. But we also need someone to watch after that computer so nobody steals it. Best option would be that all our people on the booth alternate with each other every hour or 30 minutes to keep an eye on that booth. I will try to be there as much as possible, but I will probably have other things to do there, as all of you.

We would need your urgent feedback on the following points:

1. Agenda/Speaker:

Please note that today is the deadline to send the agenda to CeBIT in order to be published on the Future Talk website. We will send the agenda<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AoNGoA5Ii_6cdC1XRVZnVnp1TFhUcktUaUROMldKQ3c#gid=0> as it is by the end of the day.

2. Free CeBIT press service "HOT TOPICS":

Please see email below and attached examples for more information.
Deadline to provide the contribution for this service is next Monday (March 10).
When will you be able to send us your press release?
We should have a draft version by Wednesday morning and try to finalise by Thursday EOB so we can send out the final version on Friday.

 3. Media coverage:

As you have not updated us so far, we have continued looking for joint media coverage.
The best offer we have is 2 700€ (all inclusive) for a high quality photo and video coverage of the day, interview of speakers and demo presenters (various 1' videos),  and 30' films of the 14 conferences of the day.
Please confirm that we will share this cost equally between our two projects.

4. Catering:

We will order light catering (lunch sandwich boxes and beverage) only for speakers and demo presenters.
Would you like to order together? We'll share the notes fairly based on the number of people in each project (we have 12 persons for FIcontent)
The deadline for ordering is this week.
Enclosed you will find some propositions for the catering.
We would suggest:
- Wrap box (45,00 €) or Delikatess rolls - Box (42,75 €) for 15 pieces. The caterer suggests 2-3 pieces per person. It means 1 box for 5 persons.
- Drinks: plain water 0,5l, apple juice and orange juice 1l

5. Flat screen invoice:

As FI-WARE and FI-CONTENT equally share the screens at CeBIT (1 of the 7 is on the FI-PPP table), we will send you an invoice to split the cost, by the end of this week, and kindly ask you to pay it before CeBIT.

6. Loop Video for the FI-PPP table

We will have a share table for FI-PPP/FIcontent/FIware with a screen. Please send us a short trailer of FI-WARE so we can prepare the loop presentation.

Please note that as we take care of almost all the logistics and invoice, we would expect that all the cost should be shared fairly between the 2 projects.
