[Fiware-chapter-leaders] D 3.3.1.2 : FIWARE Exploitation deliverable M26. INDIVIDUAL EXPLOITATION PLANs needed before the 16th September!

Dear Colleagues

It is again time to think about the exploitation in FIWARE, as the following deliverable D 3.3.1.2 needs to be submitted in less than 2 months (M26). I need your contribution regarding Individual Exploitation Plans inputs  before the 16th September.

1.      Individual exploitation plans: WPLs Please circulate it among the partners involved in each domain
o       Partners involved: TID, ORANGE, ENGINEERING, ATOS ,TI, IBM, CONSOFT, THALES COMMUNICATIONS & SECURITY, THALES SERVICES, NEC, CREATE-NET, CYBERLIGHTNING, ADMINOTECH, ETXE-TAR, EPROS, NAVEATEC,UPM, ZHAW, DFKI, UNIVERSITY OF SURREY, RED.es, ILB, TRENTINO Network
o       All the individual exploitation plans should be described in the Annex 1 of the and this is the content to complete by each partner (SEE Template attached):

*       Identification of FIWARE Business/Transfer Opportunities
*       Engagement FIWARE outcomes with their corporate strategy. Regarding your own GEs or in combination with other GEs (Instances).
*       Value Proposition/Potential Business Model of FIWARE for the Partner
*       Describe the major advantages (technical, commercial or strategic) of FIWARE comparing with the competence (Other IoT Platforms)
o       Support many protocols for data collection (including LORA...)
o       XXXX
*       And how FIWARE completes/contributes to your portfolio
o       Additional IoT solutions....
o       Complete your actual IoT Platform...
*       Potential Business Model to apply by the partner:
o       XXXX
*       Potential Addressable Market and Go to Market Strategy
*       Regarding the main Contacts or progress with FIWARE:
o       Smart Cities / Regions: Currently, there is a number of ongoing Smart City opportunities in Europe
*       XXXXX.
o       Smart Industry:
*       XXXXXX.
o       Internal dissemination
*       XXXXX
*       Identify main gaps for the developing of FIWARE and how regulation and standardization could solve it?

                  Feedback from users/cities, developers, other projects...........)

*       Foundation and OSC Contribution and Expansion

                  How the partner is going to participate/contribute to the Foundation and OSC
