[Fiware-chapter-leaders] Link to deliver R5 & list of GEs to deliver

Dear all,

So far you know what we have to deliver when.  I assume then that all the teams are ready to deliver for internal review the first chunk of deliverables on Aug, 15 (see the attached message).

Further to our coordination meeting today, let us explain where the leaders should add the links. We expect the chapter leaders to control this page, please do not delegate it to the GE owners.

For this first delivery we would expect the first 3 rows of each GE filled in (Open Specification, API Specification and Apiary Project).

As for the list of GEs that we expect to deliver:

GEs funded in R5
        They must update the resources & deliver

GEs not funded in R5 but active (case A)
        By default, they will update the wiki pages and online manuals following the same guidelines and schedule
Their results will be online and offered in the catalogue, but not delivered to the EC

GEs not funded in R5 but active (case B)        If a given not funded GE is active and wishes to deliver to the EC, they could be included in the deliverables with a note stating that they are not covered by the contract. We do not encourage this option.

GEs not funded and not Active
        These are not expected to keep thing up to date not are they going to be included in any deliverable


By "active" I mean those in green colour in the catalogue.
