Dear Eliot,

Good, let me explain.
When, you resolve a bug you can do it with different resolutions:
-          Fixed
-          Won’t fix
-          Duplicate
-          Incomplete
-          Cannot reproduce

If you cannot reproduce it, for example, you can chose this resolution and close it.
Accordingly you need to jump to its related issue in the help-desk and resolve it appropriately.
In this cases it’s important to explain what was done, etc.

Another question - if we decide to close a bug that it is not deemed to be a real bug, do we also close the Help Desk bug or just the clone?

Dear Manuel,

How come when I move a bug to a different component (e.g. Cloud Portal) I still remain as the assignee?  Shouldn't the assignee name be replaced with whomever is responsible for the new component?  This makes it very difficult for me to see what bugs really belong to the Cloud Component and which don't.
