[Fiware-cloud] FI-Core close sprint 4.2.2 and open sprint 4.2.3

Most of you still need to provide retrospectives for the closing of the 
February Sprint.  Add your comments to 
http://jira.fiware.org/browse/CLD-313. 

Tomorrow we will plan for the March Sprint 4.2.3.

All are required to attend. 
Besides the technical aspect of opening issues for the Sprint,  I'd like 
each GE owner to simply state  what they attend to accomplish this month;
The intent is understand each other and make it clear what are our  near 
term objectives.
