[Fiware-coaches] R: FIWARE lab access

Dear Franck and all,

Regarding the Community Account: I'm not really sure about the current status, but I know that the FIWARE Lab page (section "Help&info" http://help.lab.fiware.org/) already has a button "Request Community Account upgrade", which shows a form with the details about the account.
Each request from this form generates a JIRA ticket here https://jira.fi-ware.org/projects/FLUA but starting from that I don't know exactly how the "application process" works.

Dear all,

Has the situation been clarified in respect with access to the FIWARE lab community accounts ?

At some point we discussed about a template to be filled by accelerators to get their SMEs accessing community account. Has this been moving forward?

I am today listening to SMEs explaining where they are 3 months after their start.
They are facing huge difficulties with FIWARE lab and moved to deploy the enablers in their own infrastructure.

The situation with fiware lab seems critical and I cannot encourage SMEs to bet on it today.

Any feedback from your side/advice is welcome
