[Fiware-coaches] R: FIWARE lab access

dear all,

the situation is as follows:
Given the announcements to all possible channels made in the last
days, starting
on April 16th current nodes will free resources on their nodes (virtual
infrastructure and public IP addresses allocated to users who didn't accept
the new user account management policies).
this means that from that date, which is tomorrow, new resources will be
available for the smes selected by all accelerators.

personally i suggest to start to requests new accounts from thrursday.
anyway we do expect stability in resource availability from 23rd.

in addition the spain node will increase its capacity of about new 500
cores which should give us very good capabilities.

of course this is not necessary true for all the other nodes, which
situation will be analysed and verified from may.

i hope this clarifies the status of fiware lab.
