[Fiware-coaches] SMEs not selected in

I need a clarification for the case of FICHE which has a funnel mechanism to select SMEs (at each phase, a subset of the previously selected SME go on in the competition


Would SMEs failing in any of these intermediate evaluations be still eligible for a community account ?
