[Fiware-coaches] Info about community account req without fiware lab registration

ciao marco,
normally he should first create a trial account, and then apply for the
community. at this moment is not possible. only people in the help desk can
do so. so i would:
- 1 duplicate the ticket in the helpdesk
- 2 link it to the current request
- 3 explain that the user is a approved as community user but he needs an
account.
