[Fiware-coaches] Info about community account req without fiware lab registration

Dear Federico and all,

I have a question regarding the Community Account request.
How should we proceed when the user who request the Community Account is not registered in FIWARE Lab? (FLUA-169)
Can we proceed normally or suggest to apply for a trial registration first?
