[Fiware-coaches] no further feedbacks

Hi all,
I think I know what is happening: when you are handling an older ticket
(with not all the mandatory fields filled in - for example the ones added
in the last few days), the 'Request to user' form doesn't disappear (and
the mail is not sent) until you check all the mandatory fields and fill in
them (for example check the "are you already a Fiware Lab user" field).
