[Fiware-coaches] FIWARE coach how-to

dear franck,

thank you for the nice document.

however, i'm afarid is the other way round.

indeed level 1 support should also go through the dedicated mail lists
where the coaches are involved.
only if it is impossible, first by people inside the accelarator and then,
after a couple of days at the very most, by the coach through all our means
(including the shared spreadsheet where questions and answers must pe
placed by each coach) than the question shall go to fiware through the
fiware-tech-help at lists.fi-ware.org.

please remember, the coaches should dedicate half of their time for
accelerator ... ;-)
the way you propose will make the fiware-tech-help overloaded most of the
time with easy questions that each of you should be able to answer to.

anyway through the dedicated mail lists the jira system will take care and
account the support given by each of you.
