Dear Franck, Thank you very much for this guide. It’s quite helpful, especially because it is not always obvious at what stage the coaches should get involved for questions/issue reports from accelerators. Dear Stefano, I think, at least for the fiware-lab related issues, I agree with the approach Franck is suggesting. We had some experience with this last week. One of our accelerator projects were experiencing issues with the Fiware Lab, it definitely became a much more efficient process when the accelerator project team support team started using the first level support mechanisms of FIWARE Lab (the lab mailing lists) directly themselves, instead of going through us to relay the info back and forth with the lab support team. My two cents.. Kind regards, ilknur From: fiware-coaches-bounces at lists.fi-ware.org [mailto:fiware-coaches-bounces at lists.fi-ware.org] On Behalf Of stefano de panfilis Sent: Thursday, February 05, 2015 5:46 PM To: Franck Le Gall Cc: fiware-coaches at lists.fi-ware.org Subject: Re: [Fiware-coaches] FIWARE coach how-to dear franck, thank you for the nice document. however, i'm afarid is the other way round. indeed level 1 support should also go through the dedicated mail lists where the coaches are involved. only if it is impossible, first by people inside the accelarator and then, after a couple of days at the very most, by the coach through all our means (including the shared spreadsheet where questions and answers must pe placed by each coach) than the question shall go to fiware through the fiware-tech-help at lists.fi-ware.org<mailto:fiware-tech-help at lists.fi-ware.org>. please remember, the coaches should dedicate half of their time for accelerator ... ;-) the way you propose will make the fiware-tech-help overloaded most of the time with easy questions that each of you should be able to answer to. anyway through the dedicated mail lists the jira system will take care and account the support given by each of you. ciao, stefano 2015-02-05 15:25 GMT+01:00 Franck Le Gall <franck.le-gall at eglobalmark.com<mailto:franck.le-gall at eglobalmark.com>>: Hello, I got similar questions from my 2 accelerators on how to interface with SMEs and FIWARE. I thus made a quick how-to to help accelerators and SMEs to find information, also reminding them about the e.mail address to be used, as stressed by stefano. The document is attached. Could you give it a look and provide me with your views on it ? Are you taking similar approaches ?
