[Fiware-coaches] SME unable to access to FLUA ticket

Dear Federico,

I'm facing a strange problem with a team from CEED Tech requesting the Community Account.
Basically the guy from this team is not able anymore to get access to his ticket (which is FLUA-33<https://jira.fiware.org/browse/FLUA-33>, old template) so he cannot interact anymore with me and the node team (for the next step) through this channel.

He says:

" Dear Marco, I cannot login via my FIWARE cloud to Jira link that you supplied to me, don't you have some kind of SSO in place?

Trying to reset my password with peter at beesafe.me<mailto:peter at beesafe.me> account or to get an username with peter at beesafe.me<mailto:peter at beesafe.me> email, both failed into information about an email being sent and with no email being received :-( "

Is there any way to solve this problem? Do you think that a new submission is somehow a valid walk-around?
