[Fiware-coaches] Notice about the outage today?

Dear Silvio and Stefano,

It seems there is a problem with IDM and Cloud portal across all nodes - or at least this is what I heard by chance.

May I humbly suggest sending a notice to the Fiware Lab users about the system outage? i.e. to say this is a known problem and we are working on it, so they are not wasting time trying to figure out what the issue is?

Otherwise, we will start getting lots of frustrated emails again from SMEs who don't know what's going on. i.e. like the one I just received today:

"Guys,
I am loosing patience .... My cloud VM is down, and I can not even login.
Even your site is down!
Just try to reset your password and check it for youself.
This is a machine on which we have been working for the past week, after waiting for one month to get it working (and in meantime we were moved to 3 different sites??).
I even had to scan my ID to get 2 ip addresses???
And now I get this:
PING fiware.waylay.io (193.205.211.166): 56 data bytes Request timeout for icmp_seq 0 Request timeout for icmp_seq 1 Request timeout for icmp_seq 2 Request timeout for icmp_seq 3 Request timeout for icmp_seq 4

How do you think you can operate a cloud like that???????? AWS uptime it 99.95% BTW.

And why on earth I have to write a mail, and can't just create a JIRA ticket?

How do you want me to create a business on top of this?"
