[Fiware-coaches] open tickest unattended in FLUA Jira

Hi Federico,
you are right, it's good to define the deadline for this.

Probably users could receive the JIRA email in the spam folder and they 
couldn't reply,
but it's also true that the users (that they need the FIWARE resources) 
can do another requests.

In some case I've sent my request directly to their emails.
