[Fiware-coaches] open tickest unattended in FLUA Jira

I think it is not acceptable, that there are users that haven't heard
anything since their account request for 20 days or more. I am not going to
make the names. Please weak up.

Second thing, if you needed more information and the users didn't come back
to you after more than 48 hours. Please just reject and close the ticket.
If not SLA will drop drastically.
