[Fiware-coaches] Support for SEs until the end of acceleration programme?

Dear Stefano and fellow coaches,

Once again, I have a question spanning across use case projects. This time it’s about the support for SEs. It seems one of our FI-ADOPT SME is not able to get support for a specific FI-STAR SE.

I thought the use-case projects are supposed to provide support until the end of the program (i.e. end of 2016), or do I remember this incorrectly?

Health Questionnaire SE provider claims that his company contacted FI-STAR and FIWARE (I guess he means FI-CORE) about the near future of SEs, and did not get any replies at all. As aa result, they are not providing support any more and the SME is greatly inconvenienced.

Have you experienced any cases like these? Do you have any suggestions on how to sort it out?

Thanks & kind regards,

ilknur
