[Fiware-coaches] Support for SEs until the end of acceleration programme?

first of all, hearing the horrible news coming from istanbul, let me wish
you all the best hoping none of your relatives and friends have been
affected!

coming to your question, unfortunately you remember wrong, no obbligation
for support only good willing, which apparently is not either the case.

however, if the case is rather critical as you mention and if it is the
only case, please forward them to me and i'll contact directly the former
project coordinator and cto to check if there is any possibility for
support.

i hope that this situation will be sorted out in a positive way, anycase
i'll communicate this to the ec.
