Dear colleagues,

Back to the office, I would like to share with you my impressions and how we see the next steps. For me the workshop was extremely productive and motivating! From what I heard when we parted yesterday, you had similar feelings. It is now your task to bring this enthusiasm into your consortium and evangelise all current and future partners in your accelerator. With the feedback you received you will be able to quickly and significantly improve your model, process and KPIs. ACTION: Please discuss the finalisation of the work plan with you project officer.

  *   Open Call: If your dates are different from what is attached, please tell us.
  *   Common entry point for raising interest and funnelling potential applicants to the open calls.
ACTIONS:

     *   Juanjo and f6s to prepare mock-up of the flow of information/pages from the single entry point www.fi-ware.org<http://www.fi-ware.org> to the actual detailed call pages (deadline 31/5).
     *   Sean, Paul and Ilkka to draft single value proposition to be added to the mock-up (deadline 23/5). Consider that in the long-term FI-Ware is the brand under which all the FI-PPP technological products/outcomes are commercialised (specific enablers, link to actually operational phase 2 platforms,...).
     *   Ogilvy will produce the first draft video by 23/5 a final version should be integrated by 15/6 into the mock-up (demo by then), option: to produce different versions (e.g. for sectors or specific A16, I understand all material necessary has been taped)
     *   All accelerators to review & improve the demo in view of having a ready-to-launch version by end of June.
  *   Submission and evaluation tools (and processes): ACTION by FI-IMPACT and FI-Business to define forms and back-end process, and to define KPIs.
  *   For the launch of the accelerators (the open calls) you all have your own communication channels and plans. What we agreed is that in addition the following events will give a highly visible platform.
     *   CampusParty,  Madrid, 8-13 September
     *   2. ECFI, Munich, 17-18 September
     *   WebSummit, Dublin, 4-6 November
     *   TechCrunch Disrupt Europe, London, 20-21 October
     *   LeWeb, Paris, 9-11 December
     *   Smart City Conference, Brussels, Sean to provide the details
ACTION: What is needed here is to have a lead coordinator for each event to organise the interventions planned. Ilkka, could you please find this lead coordinator for each event from FI-Ware and/or one of the accelerators and support actions (deadline 31/5)

The synergies and learning from each other achieved so far will be solidified further at the next workshop. Christian Luedtke kindly agreed to be the baton holder for arranging this workshop.
The evangelising on FI-Ware technologies needs to go hand in hand with the improvements you make to your acceleration process. To this end, the FI-Ware technology project shall provide opportunities to learn, in the form of a group of experts, web-seminars, coaching if request or whatever is needed to ensure that all accelerators are in pole position for their launch.
