[Fiware-fia-fundingbox-integration] WS idea publication on FundingBox - and General Update

Hi Ivan,

I know August is not the best month to start new developments, half of our
team is also on Holidays :(

Unfortunately, all the API requests should include an authorization token
from the user, and the only way to get the token is to use the OAuth2
service.
We can discuss it in the meeting.
