[Fiware-fia-fundingbox-integration] WS idea publication on FundingBox - and General Update

   Please note that OAuth2 is the protocol supported for authorization 
in the FIWARE Platform as well as the FIWARE Lab.

   I know that we are talking here about something different (the 
portals do not have to do with the FundingBox or InnovationArena 
platforms) but looking forward, it may become relevant.
