* You need first to create an account on FIWARE lab here: https://account.lab.fiware.org/sign_up/ Fill the form on the right
* Once created, ask to get it upgraded to community account by clicking on "Request Community account upgrade" here https://account.lab.fiware.org/

In my account portal (I get to from the link you show below)  I was transferred to this page with instructions of how to upgrade to community status - http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account
(see the link as part of the instructions)

And I get to the same page from the HELP menu on the right side.

Al the '-' have been removed from FIWARE domains.

I get error trying to upgrade the account I opened -
Getting Eror 500 accessing - http://help.lab.fi-ware.org/
Do you have a name I can contact directly for help?
