* You need first to create an account on FIWARE lab here:
https://account.lab.fiware.org/sign_up/ Fill the form on the right

* Once created, ask to get it upgraded to community account by clicking on
“Request Community account upgrade” here https://account.lab.fiware.org/

In my account portal (I get to from the link you show below)  I was
transferred to this page with instructions of how to upgrade to community
status -

Al the ‘-‘ have been removed from FIWARE domains.

I get error trying to upgrade the account I opened –

Getting Eror 500 accessing – http://help.lab.fi-ware.org/ 

Do you have a name I can contact directly for help?
