[Fiware-finodex-coaching] Fwd: FIWARE CKAN global instance

Dear Pasquale,
thank you for the instructions. However I don't have option to add dataset
as describe in instructions:
https://www.fiware.org/devguides/publishing-open-data-in-fiware/how-to-publish-open-datasets-in-ckan-2/

 I believe I should be part of some Organization to be able to add dataset
or somehow be authorized to add new dataset.

In a nutshell, since we have to deliver an operational implementation of
our solution I have several questions.
1. My customer has geo-spatial datasets that should be published and
catalogized. Since my customer is in republic of Croatia its prefferd
catalog for publishing is on Croatian's Open Data Portal http://data.gov.hr/.
This is DKAN implementation. Mix of Drupal and CKAN in back end. Does
publishing of my customer open data set on  Croatian's Open Data Portal
 count as usage of FIWARE CKAN GE? Since I believe it is necessery to show
FIWARE GEs utilization.
2. Regarding hosting, does solution necessary has to be hosted in FIWARE
Cloud. If so, hosting service should be provided on longer base than  9
months. Does hosting solution at commercial hosting provider has a negative
impact on overall impression?
