[FIWARE-Foundation-Legal-TaskForce] Propose to cancel confcall today

Hi,

   I have connected, although arriving a bit late, but nobody was 
there.   I wait for a while but nobody joined.   Therefore I assumed 
that there was not call (indeed there was no calendar invitation) and 
disconnected.
