[FIWARE-Foundation-Legal-TaskForce] Propose to cancel confcall today

Dear all,

Indeed i did not sent in the due time the invitation nor the picture i had
in mind as many things on the registration of the ff took highest priority.
In addition i knew of some unavailabilities for today.

I do apologise.

However i propose to keep the one of Next friday 21st october.
