Maybe for the second step, the time is a little bit too short. - We can start the project the 27th October. - The end of the first step is end of november (at minima) - So we are only one month for the second step (without the holidays at the end of the year). For this step, we propose to finish by the end of January. Do you agree with this suggestion of the new ending ?
